As institutions go, religion is a pretty hot mess. From radicals, zealots and fanatics to abuse and systemic corruption at the highest levels in most major faiths—religion has seen better days... oh wait, no it hasn't. Throughout the entire recorded history of mankind, religion, as an institution, has been causing huge fucking problems. (Note, if you're either easily offended or super closed minded you'll want to stop here. I hope you enjoyed our time together. Yes, the blog is quite interesting. No, you're not allowed to read it if you're going to be a total snowflake on me, now go!) One of the most beautiful things about this life is the differences in what we can see and perceive about one another and how they melt away in matters of the heart and in our shared truths of the human experience; what the soul just knows or feels. There's a war going on. Have you noticed? It's on every news channel, covered by every media outlet, everyday. It involves the whole of humanity, a true world war. Though it's proving powerful, sweeping and destructive, it has a secret. Something no one is talking about—that the entire thing will be won or lost on the battlefield of a single mind. Your mind. Welcome to World War Fear. Every last one of us has been drafted, is currently enlisted and on the frontlines. It's been said, in countless ways, by the greatest minds ever known to us … "I think therefore I am." Or, in other words ... "The mind is everything. What you think about you become." So what are we becoming

Inspiration is important. Soak up some of our favorite movie quotes, let them speak to you.   “Spend a little more time trying to make something of yourself and a little less time trying to impress people.” ~ The Breakfast Club “I never look back, darling. It distracts from the now.” ~ The Incredibles “Have courage and be kind.” ~ Cinderella “To live will be an awfully big adventure.” ~ Peter Pan “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” ~ Ferris Bueller's Day Off “In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take.” ~ The Perks of Being a Wallflower “Our fate lies within us.
